Artist
My name is Erika Cieslik and I am a Polish Photographer. I used to be a model and I have never thought that taking pictures would fascinate me so much. I love underexposed photos and warm lighting because of the natural look. My photos are not really spontaneous. I like to have everything planned before the photoshoot begins.
Gear and Film Stock
I use a Pentax Z-10 with the SMC Pentax -M 50mm F2. lens. It is a modest film camera but enough for me. Loading Kodak Color Plus 200 into the camera is a great choice for shooting these warm, aesthetic frames. You can get an artistic grain resolution!
Location
These images were shot in the morning at my home but it was really dark outside so I had to use a tripod. I don’t remember my shutter or aperture, I think it was something between F2.8-3.5 and 125-300 ISO. I developed and scanned this film at the Foto Lab.
